Terms and Conditions
Rate
Rates are net, inclusive of Government Tax and Service Charge: applicable
per room, and quoted in US Dollar based on the current exchange rate at
the time.
Booking Procedure
- Reservation/booking request must be sent to the Ni Rampe Village
Office which will be confirmed and returned by the Ni Rampe Village
Office.
- 30% deposit from total accommodation value must be received by Ni
Rampe Village within 4 (four) working days after confirmation of reservation
has been given. Final payment must be received at least 10 (ten) days
prior to arrival day.
- Payment must be received promptly in order to guarantee your reservation.
- Payments will only accept in US Dollar - via cash or through bank
transfer.
- Minimum 1 week length of stay required during high season.
Cancelation and No Show Policy
- The guest shall notify the villa in writing of any cancellation:
High Seasons (15 July - 31 August, 20 December - 10
January)
In the events of cancellation during the period of 3 (three) weeks prior
arrival date, 30% deposit received are not returnable.
Low Seasons
In the events of cancellation during the period of 7 (seven) days prior
arrival date, 30% deposit received are not returnable.
- No show subject to 100% cancellation fee of room night reserved.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check in time at 14.00 and check-out time at 12.00 noon.
Ni Rampe Village will attempt to accommodate any request for early check
in or check out based on availability.
